Exercise Does A Body GoodYou probably already know that exercise does a body good, that is what we are going to talk about today. Many of women’s primary health concerns may be prevented with regular exercise. Regular exercise lowers blood pressure, eases sleep disturbances (including insomnia) and improves cognitive function. If you haven’t already established an exercise routine and find the prospect intimidating, don’t worry. Exercise includes a variety of activities suitable for your current level of fitness as well as projected fitness goals. Walking, bike riding, calisthenics as well as activities like gardening and household chores count as exercise.
