New Year…New You!

New Year...New You
 Many of us start the New Year with good intentions of losing weight, eating healthy, making our health and nutrition a priority, however, not too many days into January we are back to our old habits and all of those intentions are put on the back burner and we say we’re just too busy.  Last year Steve and I decided we weren’t going to wait until the new year we were going to start now. We already ate pretty healthy most of the time, but we worked on making it much closer to all of the time, and incorporated exercise regularly finding something we enjoyed. But some other things that we also added are what actually usually make people give up or fail, and that is your mind. So, we are in an accountability group, and do personal development every day. We don’t spend a lot of time on those things, but we spend enough time that it has made a huge difference. We’d love to work with you over the coming year and help you with the shifts you need to make in your life. Even if you don’t have weight to lose, maybe you just want to feel better, or have you clothing fit better, maybe not feel stiff in the morning when you get out of bed, or maybe you are like me and you have a lot of weight to lose when starting on your journey, we are able to work with you and tailor a plan to fit your lifestyle no matter how busy you are, even if your job has you traveling.
